About Our Messaging Program
Clearpath Realty Property Management Corp. sends text messages to property owners and prospective clients who have asked us about managing a property and have given their express written consent to be contacted by SMS. Messages relate to your inquiry and your property — we do not send unrelated marketing blasts.
What Messages You Will Receive
- Replies and follow-up about a rental analysis or management proposal you requested
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for walkthroughs and showings
- Property status updates and coordination while we manage the property
- Time-sensitive notices about maintenance or an approval you need to give
Sample Message

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.
How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, or by giving us express written consent in a management agreement or in writing. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.

- Opt out: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT
- Opt back in: START, YES, UNSTOP
- Help: HELP, INFO
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and, if we manage your property, on activity at the property.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received; we do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also contact us using the details below to be removed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
